Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation setting. You will supervise treatment, perform assessments, tailor care plans, and support patients and families on their recovery journey.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, advocate for patients, and serve as a resource for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
