Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, compassionate care in a state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation setting. You will supervise care, lead assessments, and tailor care plans while guiding patients toward recovery.

Ideal candidates hold a valid RN license with CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred, and one year of rehab hospital experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
