Job summary

UF Health Gainesville is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• ASN required at time of hire.
• BSN preferred; RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.

• Assess patient health status and identify health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Education Requirements:
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required at the time of hire
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire
• Licensure & Certifications
  • Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire
  • Professional nursing board certification - Required within 2 years of hire (or when eligible, if eligibility requires more than 2 years of experience)
