Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate's degree required
• RN license required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• No experience required (new graduates welcome)

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care; educates on post‑treatment home care and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; pursues professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team; communicates across the continuum of care.
• Uses nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional needs and considers patient values and cultural needs.
