Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time 12-hour shifts, Mon-Fri with no weekends. A weekend option with day or night shifts offers time-and-a-half on weekends, plus shift differential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time applicants.

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid as per state requirements.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
