Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a student in a school setting. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care for students with medical needs, including complex therapies and monitoring.

The position involves on-site support at the school and potential community-based responsibilities as required. The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, BLS certification, and preference for at least one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for students with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue meds, diabetic care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with the patient.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
