Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team for a private duty assignment in the Eagleville area, PA. The nurse will provide compassionate in-home care to a high-needs client, with a focus on safety, dignity, and independence.

You will manage day, evening, and overnight shifts, travel to the client's home, document care plans, and coordinate with the family and physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Education

Our BAYADA Horsham Adult Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are looking for day, evening, overnight shift nurses to care for our 20 y/o client in Eagleville. Our client was involved in a prior motor vehicle accident, resulting in C1-C4 complete quadriplegia. He is happy, determined, personable and funny! He is involved in his care and responsible for his "routine". This very special family needs our help and we are looking for RNs to add to his nursing team to make a difference!

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay: Standard rates of $32-35/hr, Weekend Rates of $40-45/hr dependent upon shifts worked
