Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Industrial Medical Provider to support health initiatives in a large manufacturing facility in York, PA. The role focuses on on-site medical care for industrial athletes, including physicals, vaccines, and wellness education, with emphasis on safety and OSHA-aligned protocols.

The position requires current state licensure, CPR/First Aid certs, and 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial healthcare or related settings.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Experience immunizations and workplace safety knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance on the plant floor or in the clinic.
• Conduct physicals for new hires.
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines.
• Support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication.

Schedule

Full-time (2nd Shift) Monday-Thursday 7pm - 5:30am

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes. The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands-on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations
