Job summary

Unify Health Services seeks a Full-Time Industrial Medical Provider to join our on-site team in York, PA. The role is 2nd shift, 7pm–5:30am, serving an industrial facility with a focus on health promotion and injury care on the plant floor and in the clinic.

You will provide medical assistance, conduct new-hire physicals, administer vaccines, support return-to-work processes, and maintain charting and inventory while upholding safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current state license or certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic.
• Conduct physicals for new hires.
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines.
• Support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes. The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands-on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands
