Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.

Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personalized, resident-centered services.

Position Summary
