Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Experience in private duty/home health nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one private duty nursing in clients' homes.
• Deliver care to clients with varying diagnoses and acuity levels.
• Perform charting and documentation using Statewise.
• Coordinate with family and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
