Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking registered nurses and licensed practical nurses for in-home visits in Shenandoah and surrounding areas. You will provide one-to-one private duty nursing and adapt care plans to patient needs across pediatric and adult clients.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Willingness to engage in paid training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home nursing care to clients.
• Collaborate with care team and physicians to plan care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Statewise and other systems.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance during visits.

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
