Job summary

Pacific Central Coast Health Center in California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in Women's Health. You will perform assessments, plan and implement patient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

3–5 years of clinical experience in Women's Health, CA RN license, CPR, and strong English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet the needs of the patients.
• Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.
• Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.
• Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.
• Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.
• Complies with all mandatory reporting requirements.
