3–5 years of clinical experience in Women's Health, CA RN license, CPR, and strong English communication are required.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet the needs of the patients.
  • Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.
  • Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.
  • Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.
  • Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.
  • Complies with all mandatory reporting requirements.
