Job summary

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited RN program and TN license or eligibility.
  • Associate degree required.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred.
  • Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Primary duties and Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Monitoring: Regularly evaluate patients’ physical and mental health status, including vital signs, behavioral changes, and potential withdrawal symptoms. Observing patient interactions and identifying potential issues requiring interventions. Documenting patient observations and progress in medical records. Rounding to assess compliance of precautions/observations.
  • Medication Administration: Accurately administering prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitoring for potential side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
  • Treatment Plan Implementation: Participating in development of individualized treatment plans for each patient.

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program and licensed (or license eligible) in the State of Tennessee
  • Associate Degree
  • EMR Electronic Medical Record
  • Phlebotomy
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Disorders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Psychotropic Medications Phlebotomy
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong Interpersonal and organization skills.
