Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team in Morristown, NJ. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based care. A valid NJ RN license and at least 0 years of RN experience are required; full-time availability is

Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an integral member of our care delivery model, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in a state-of-the-art, newly renovated facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, performing assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care delivery


• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and/or Physician
