Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Morristown, New Jersey. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality nutritional services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, dietary needs, and lifestyle




• Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress to ensure optimal nutrition support




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to incorporate nutrition recommendations into patient care plans

As a Registered Dietitian at Morristown Post Acute, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and nursing center, featuring a dedicated subacute floor with mostly private suites.
