Job summary

MGA Homecare in Washington state is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. You will provide skilled nursing care to diverse patients in their homes, following the plan of care and collaborating with physicians and caregivers.

We offer competitive wages ($45–$52 per hour), flexible full-time and part-time options, paid training, and opportunities for CEU advancement. A Washington/Compact RN license is required to join our growing, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.

• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient’s nursing needs.

Competitive Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation ranging from $45 to $52 hourly. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked. The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week. The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 36 hours completed weekly.
