Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking LPNs to provide compassionate nursing care in patients' homes across Washington state. You will work within active care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to support medically fragile individuals.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($40–$47), flexible full-time or part-time schedules, paid training and CEU opportunities, a 1:1 caseload, a personal tablet for electronic charting, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good organization and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and nursing needs.
