Requirements

SDBoard of Nursing – RN Licensure

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and BLSO. (Or obtain assoon as offered through MRH & C).
• NRP and STABLE(for OB trained staff)
• Must possessknowledge and conform to SDCL 36-9-1 through 36-9-97 (Accessible via SD Boardof Nursing Website).

GeneralHealth

• Shouldhave full mobility for bending and stooping as well as the ability toparticipate in vigorous activity.
• Position does require bending,stooping, very heavy lifting (with a partner), and maneuvering patients ontoand off of a stretcher.
• Must possess near vision acuity foraccurate reading of equipment and recording on patient charts.
