Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN in Leslie, MI to provide home-based care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role offers competitive pay with weekly payroll and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering nursing care, adjusting plans as patients' conditions change, and documenting interventions. RN licensure in Michigan and current BLS are required, with desired home healthcare experience.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate per facility RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care provided to clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiates the plan of care and requests revisions as patient status changes.
• Implements therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and identifies education, care coordination, and discharge needs.

Hourly Pay: $38 - $42 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Leslie, MI to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
