Job summary

Nevada Fertility Center in Las Vegas is seeking a temporary, full-time Pre/Post Operative RN to join a dedicated team helping patients realize their dream of parenthood. You will assist in OR/PACU, document care, provide patient counseling, and coordinate services with affiliates.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma.

• Preferred 2 years of experience in an area of women’s health.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating room and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) procedures.
• Document patient care using clinical software and charting systems.
• Ensure labs and procedures are completed per established protocols.
• Provide patient counseling and education.
• Coordinate services with affiliate providers.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; follow safety protocols.
• Cover weekends and holidays as required.
• Maintain licensure and certifications as applicable.

Nevada Fertility Center is looking for a temporary, full-time, Pre/Post Operative, RN. We are looking for someone who would love to be part of an amazing team that helps people achieve their dreams of having a baby! This is a temporary role with an anticipated duration of six months.Essential Job Functions:1. Assist in OR/PACU2. Documents patient care services by charting on patient and department records. Uses clinical computer software3. Responsible for all required labs and procedures are completed and documented according to protocols4. Provides patient counseling and education5. Ensure quality and quantity of materials provided to patients6. Ability to communicate accurately and concisely7. Communicate physician orders and instructions to patients8. Cover weekend/holidays as required9. Coordination of services with affiliate providers10. Conduct medication/injection instructions11. Acts as clinical resource for support staff12. Interacts with physicians, counselors, embryologists, sonographers, medical assistants, lab staff, financial staff, and administrative staff for delivery of high-quality patient care.13. Complete all required trainings as designated14. Maintain active licensure and certifications as applicable15. Demonstrates understanding of providing cost effective care16. Maintain a clean and safe environment17.
