Job summary

Ivy Fertility is seeking a per diem Operating Room RN to join our fertility center in Southern California. The role requires strong OR experience in a fertility setting, including PACU, IVF exposure, and circulating/post-op duties. You will perform pre, intra, and post-operative assessments, assist physicians, and chart in EMR.

CA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years OR experience required. On-site, flexible schedule, $40–$50 per hour. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CA RN license without limitations.
• 2+ years of operating room experience in a fertility center.
• Experience with IVF procedures preferred.
• BLS and ACLS current.

Our Long Beach/Los Angeles location is seeking a per diem Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). Please note, this position requires at least 2 years' experience in PACU, and requires working at least 1 day per week, and one weekend day per month.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide pre, circulating and post op assessments for patients.Ensure patients are comfortable and safety measures are followed.Assist physician or ultrasound technician with various fertility procedures.Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.Operating room support and providing PACU duties for fertility treatment procedures.Provides pre and post op education to patients.Inserting IV’s.Charting on EMR for the ASC.Assisting in QA projects and daily checks.Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh School Diploma.
