Job summary

Wingate Residences at Silver Lake is seeking a Resident Care Nurse (RN) for our assisted living community in Massachusetts. The role supports the Resident Care Director in coordinating assessments and service plans to ensure high-quality resident care.

It involves ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines and supervising CNAs and care staff. The position is part-time or full-time with day shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care and patient advocacy.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Care Director with coordination of assessments and service plans to ensure high-quality care.
• Support compliance with all state and federal guidelines in daily operations.
• Supervise and guide CNA staff and other care team members.

RN -- Assisted Living

The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Position Requirements

• RN license in the state of facility required.
• Minimum 5 year' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.
