Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Acadia Nursing and Rehab Center in Aliquippa, PA. As an RN with our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their progress

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

• Conduct routine vital sign checks, monitor patients' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
