Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team and deliver compassionate patient care. You will supervise staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive quality-improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include an active Maryland RN license and 6–12 months of clinical experience (Long Term Care preferred).

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license as an RN in Maryland.
• 6-12 months of clinical experience, Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff.
