Job summary

The Blossoms is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Conway, AR to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with a focus on compassionate resident care and teamwork.

As an RN, you will lead nursing operations, ensure high standards of care, and collaborate across disciplines to meet residents' needs. Valid RN license, CPR, and experience in skilled nursing are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment (unencumbered).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer literacy for charting and scheduling.
• Preferred: pain management experience and IV skills.
• Minimum 2 years as RN in Skilled Nursing with Charge/Nurse Manager/Supervisor roles.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To be considered for this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you should meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
