Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor and document patient health status, vitals, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:
