Job summary

TB Industrial is seeking an experienced RMMR Program Manager to lead our DoD fuels program remotely across the United States. You will oversee staff, optimize operations, and drive profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or 10 years progressive management experience in a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, project controls, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the overall success of our RMMR Program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of operational excellence, and a strategic mindset to optimize performance and achieve our business objectives.
