Job Description

Danfoss in Newbern, Tennessee is looking for an RMF Production Operator (line loader, batch off, and compounder). This is a 1st Shift position.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided. Abide by and actively promote all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.
  2. Must be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  3. Ensure all materials are available for the next run per the production schedule prior to starting machine setup.
  4. Load material onto machine according to specifications and standard operating instructions.
  5. Operate machines per specifications and instructions, complete quality checks, and maintain necessary paperwork.
  6. Assist in the development and continuous improvement of Standardized Work documentation.
Background & Skills
  1. High School diploma or equivalent (verified).
  2. Excellent attendance and strong performance record.
  3. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  4. Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  5. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
