The team seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to maintain RMF artifacts, implement security controls, and support ATO/ATC reviews in a DoD environment. Active clearance, relevant degree, and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance or higher and current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Proficiency with eMASS or the Government-designated authorization repository and supporting DoD RMF processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Risk Management Framework authorization packages and supporting documentation throughout the system authorization lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain security-control implementation statements, continuous-monitoring records, and system-level Plans of Action and Milestones.
• Support Authority to Operate and Authority to Connect package reviews, security-control testing, and Security Test and Evaluation planning and execution.

Job description

• Maintain Risk Management Framework authorization packages and supporting documentation throughout the system authorization lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain security-control implementation statements, continuous-monitoring records, and system-level Plans of Action and Milestones.
• Support Authority to Operate and Authority to Connect package reviews, security-control testing, and Security Test and Evaluation planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance or higher and current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with eMASS or the Government-designated authorization repository and supporting DoD RMF processes.

Preferred Experience:

• ISSO duties in federal or DoD environments with working knowledge of DoDI 8510.01, NIST SP 800-37, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Experience with ACAS or Tenable, STIG Viewer, SCAP tools, and additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CASP+.
• Strong technical writing, documentation management, analytical, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
