Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Information Security Risk Specialist to help military leaders identify cyber risks and develop actionable mitigation plans. You will gather technical and personnel details from SMEs to assess the threat landscape and translate security concepts for client decision-making.

In this strategic role, you will craft plans of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones, guiding clients through RMF processes and ensuring compliance within Navy requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and executing Navy RMF, including full lifecycle implementation across all RMF steps and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Experience with eMASS and ACAS, including analysis and prioritization of scan results and vulnerability management.
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and enforcing STIGs using STIG Viewer.
• Experience developing Security Assessment Plans (SAPs) and Security Assessment Reports (SARs) aligned with Navy RMF requirements.
• Knowledge of Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM).
• Ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment with established cybersecurity processes.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• DoD 8140 or 752- Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner Certification
