Job summary

Future Technologies Venture Llc seeks an Information System Security Officer to support a DoD RMF lifecycle for systems near Huntsville, AL. The ISSO will manage RMF packages, eMASS records, and vulnerability assessments, collaborating with government stakeholders to ensure secure operations.

Requires 5+ years in cybersecurity with RMF/ISSO experience, DoD policy knowledge, and DoD 8570/8140 IAT II or higher certs. Travel up to 15% is possible; Top Secret eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years directly relevant experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity or IA with RMF and ISSO work.
• Experience supporting DoD RMF activities and ATO processes.
• Hands-on with RMF artifacts and authorization packages.

Responsibilities

• Support full DoD RMF lifecycle from categorization to continuous monitoring.
• Develop RMF packages and maintain eMASS records.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and track remediation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to advance authorization activities.
