Job summary

ASRC Federal, a leading government contractor, seeks an Information System Security Officer with active Top Secret clearance to support DEVCOM-CBC and TDAC. You will manage RMF, eMASS, and security artifacts across unclassified and classified systems.

You will lead vulnerability management, incident response planning, and liaison efforts with government and contractor teams, ensuring compliance with DoD/Army regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's with 6+ years, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with RMF EMASS Authorization duties and DoD Army cybersecurity regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current Authority to Operate (ATO) status for DEVCOM systems and provide RMF guidance.
• Develop, update, and document system-level artifacts and ensure controls in eMASS.
• Obtain and analyze vulnerability scanners and compliance checkers (Nessus/ACAS, STIGs).
• Manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and track remediation.
• Oversee network packages in eMASS and maintain authorization documentation.
• Coordinate RMF activities and liaise between government and contractor teams.
