Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks an IA Policy and Compliance Professional to lead RMF activities for the ACC CIO/G6 Cybersecurity Division at Redstone Arsenal, AL. You will develop policies, standards, and procedures and ensure DoD alignment across programs.

This role requires clear communication with senior government stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and experience with cybersecurity assessments and incident response in a DoD/Army context. On-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity and RMF implementation.
• Deep knowledge of DoD and Army cybersecurity regulations.
• Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain SOPs/TTPs for cybersecurity operations.
• Develop ACC CIO/G6 Cybersecurity portal and documentation.
• Execute RMF lifecycle for multiple systems and maintain ATO status.
• Track training/certifications and maintain the repository.
• Produce monthly briefings and reports on cybersecurity status and metrics.
• Provide strategies to align cybersecurity with Army and ACC plans.
