Job summary

Fusion Technology is seeking a Security-cleared IT professional in Aberdeen, MD to manage RMF lifecycle documentation and compliance reporting for Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems. A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years RMF experience is required, with hands-on work in eMASS, STIG/SCAP, and Nessus scanning.

The role includes hardware/software reconciliation, boundary diagrams, and supporting data calls (IAVA, FISMA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years supporting RMF lifecycle reporting.
• Hardware/software reconciliation and configuration baseline management.
• Maintain eMASS records, SSPs, control implementations, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring reports.
• Align inventories and baselines with vulnerability scan results.
• Run and analyze STIG/SCAP and ACAS/Nessus scans; document findings and remediation.
• Assemble compliance evidence for security control assessments and respond to data calls.
• Develop boundary diagrams, data flows, PPS lists; support IAVA, FISMA, Army data calls.
• Clear technical writing for authorization packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day RMF lifecycle documentation and compliance reporting.
• Perform hardware/software reconciliation for ATC systems.
• Maintain eMASS records and SSPs; document control implementations.
• Coordinate vulnerability scans and track remediation actions.
