Job summary

Atlas Tech, a veteran-owned IT company supporting DoD customers, seeks an Information Assurance Analyst to analyze and secure Naval software systems. You will perform RMF A&A activities, conduct vulnerability assessments, and craft rigorous mitigations and documentation to maintain compliance across multi-enclave baselines.

You will collaborate with system and software engineers, support ATO packages, review STIGs, and help drive secure engineering practices across Windows and RHEL environments,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on technical cybersecurity experience
• Experience with DoD RMF A&A
• Experience with STIG/SRG testing and documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform RMF A&A analysis and evaluation of security controls
• Evaluate information security policies and DISA requirements
• Conduct vulnerability scans and compliance reporting with ACAS/Nessus
• Remediate vulnerabilities with POA&M actions and root-cause analysis
• Support ATO packages and ASR events by validating findings
• Evaluate new hardware and OS baselines against DISA STIGs
• Author SOPs, SSPs, and security documentation
• Mentor teammates and conduct hands-on training on STIG workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose and fix security issues
