Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated RMF Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

The role focuses on analyzing gaps, implementing security controls, and coordinating RMF activities across the program to ensure accreditation and compliance. A Secret clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science degree in a relevant Cyber field.
• 3+ years of experience with DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF), cloud computing technologies, and policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures OR 7+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Security+ Certification.
• Knowledge of continuous monitoring, cyber security risk management, and security control assessment.
• Experience Microsoft Office and Google Tools.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career customer-oriented RMF Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Analyze technology and capability gaps, research, develop, and deploy software cyber solutions with focus on system accreditation
• Implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information
• Assess system vulnerabilities and security risks, and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Work with Risk Management Framework Team to ensure cyber controls are incorporated and associated policy documentation and records are updated

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science degree in a relevant Cyber field
• 3+ years of experience with DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF), cloud computing technologies, and policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures OR 7+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Security+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with managing the authorization status of DoD RMF from Step 1 through 6
• Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Ports, Protocols, and Services Matrix, Vulnerability (VRAM)

Clearance Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required and a current or active Secret security clearance

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
