Ellumen, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to support RMF activities for DHA systems in Silver Spring, MD. This onsite role coordinates with stakeholders and the ISSM to maintain secure operation and accreditation processes.

You will provide technical advisory and review to support Government leadership, including hands-on use of eMASS and Security+ CE, and ensuring compliance with 8570 IAM Level I requirements.

Qualifications

• RMF Process experience, preferably at least 5 years or a relevant equivalent.
• DHA experience, preferably at least 5 years or a relevant equivalent.
• Secret Clearance (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Ability to meet 8570 requirements for an IAM Level I with Security+ CE minimum certification or equivalent on DoD-approved 8570 baseline certifications

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain DHA cybersecurity program covering architecture, requirements, objectives, policies, personnel, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain repositories for organizational cybersecurity documentation, including tools such as eMASS.
• Coordinate cybersecurity inspections, tests, reviews, and continuous monitoring activities with affected parties and organizations.
• Provide technical advisory support to assigned sites and applicable ISSMs.
• Provide input on POA&Ms and CCIs metrics and related policies.
• Support cyber security, RMF, certification and accreditation, risk assessments, analysis, solutions, and recommendations for Government leadership
