General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support the NCIS ITD at Quantico, VA. The role focuses on RMF A&A, ACAS vulnerability management, STIG compliance, and defense of Navy systems through rigorous security testing and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Navy cybersecurity, TS/SCI clearance, and hands-on experience with eMASS and XACTA. Onsite work is required with US citizenship.

Formación

• BS degree or 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility acceptable if Top Secret.
• 5+ years in systems security with Navy practices.
• Experience with RMF A&A, SP, SLCM, PPSM, HBSS, ACAS, and STIGs.
• Experience with eMASS and XACTA tools.
• Experience with public key-based technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Supports ACAS tasks to prepare RMF artifacts for A&A packages.
• Reviews STIGs and uses scanning tools to ensure DoD/Navy RMF compliance.
• Tests and documents RMF security controls per NCIS policies.
• Applies NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 to select, tailor and document controls.
• Performs 90 Day Baseline Scans and provides DVL and ACAS reports.
• Conducts weekly and on-demand ACAS scans for RMF steps and asset status.
• Performs risk analyses during SDLC using ACAS.
• Initiates eMASS registrations and maintains RMF A&A packages for compliance.
