Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Operator (RMEO) to begin a technical career in a structured entry role. No prior electrical or mechanical experience is required, and you will support daily maintenance while building core skills in equipment maintenance and site operations.

The role provides a clear pathway into the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship program, with opportunities to grow within the RME organization as automation expands across our sites.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance checks following safety practices.
• Replace spare parts according to SOPs.
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation.
• Utilize basic workshop tools to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with experienced RME technicians to build technical knowledge.
• Maintain positive relationships with CBRE client and Operations team.
