Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an RME Operator to support the RME team in daily maintenance tasks across a large site. The role focuses on learning to maintain and repair conveyance systems, material handling equipment, and site technologies, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have baseline math skills, willingness to work flexible schedules, and hands-on problem-solving ability; training is provided in a cutting-edge facility, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits starting

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Blue Badge Amazon Employee.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics.
• 1+ years of technical problem-solving experience.
• Experience with mechanical systems.
• Experience with electrical systems.
• Technical education in related field.
• Associate degree in Mechatronics or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Following safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks on a variety of equipment.
• Replace spare parts on equipment following standard operation procedures (site dependent).
• Use a laptop/tablet for managing work orders.
• Use basic workshop tools.
