Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting for the RMEO role, an entry-level position within Reliability Maintenance Engineering.

You will support the RME team in daily maintenance, learn foundational equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and site operations, and work toward eligibility for the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) program. The RMEO role provides a clear pathway into this field as automation grows across sites and is designed to prepare individuals for ongoing technical progression

Qualifications

• No prior electrical or mechanical experience required.
• Structured entry point into the RME organization.
• Focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance checks following safety practices.
• Replace spare parts per standard operating procedures.
• Manage work orders and documentation using laptops/tablets.
• Operate basic workshop tools.
• Collaborate with experienced RME technicians to build skills.
• Support Client and Operations Maintenance teams with positive relations.
