Job summary

The Beach Company is hiring bartenders for the Spring House at Kiawah River, a new waterfront community on Johns Island. Ideal candidates should have a friendly demeanor and be eager to contribute to a fun dining experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, mixing drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and adhering to safety policies. Previous experience is a plus, but training will be provided. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage service experience is preferred but not required.
• Training or certification in TIPS and ServSafe is provided annually.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and makes drink recommendations.
• Coordinates with manager for drink menus and specials.
• Checks guest ID to ensure legal drinking age.
• Assists manager with inventory and keeps bar stocked.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar area.
