Job summary

Nashville Riverboats, operated by Manthey Hospitality, is seeking dependable dishwashers to join a growing culinary team aboard our riverboats on the Cumberland River. The role focuses on keeping dishes and kitchen equipment clean and ready for service, with a chance to learn and grow within the expanding operation.

Ideal candidates are punctual, team-oriented, and able to stand for long periods. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; prior dishwasher experience is a plus but

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willing to learn dishwashing procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized and stocked.
• Remove trash and maintain clean kitchen floors.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks and cleanup as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
