The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a general laborer at our Ohio plant. You will support plant operations, perform general labor, and assist with maintenance.
This position requires the ability to operate heavy equipment, follow safety procedures, and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Individual shall perform various duties around the facility which include general laboring, equipment operation and plant maintenance.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to perform basic mathematical skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 105 pounds.
