Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a geotechnical, civil, environmental or structural engineer or geologist to join our Highlands Ranch, CO team (or other locations). The role emphasizes pipeline geohazards, asset integrity, and hydrotechnical/geotechnical hazards with inter-disciplinary collaboration.

The candidate will scope work, estimate costs, perform field tasks up to 25%, and support environmental and geotechnical evaluations across diverse projects for oil, gas, and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/geotechnical/environmental/structural engineering or geology.
• 2–5 years of experience with strong organizational and team-building skills.
• EIT Certification (preferred).
• MS in related field (preferred).
• Experience with hydrology, fluvial geomorphology, and Rosgen training (preferred).
• Experience with FEM programs and related software (GeoStudio, Bentley).
• 40-hour HAZWOPER (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scope, estimate costs, and develop technical scopes of work for proposals.
• Perform field work up to 25% with health and safety focus.
• Assist engineering teams in evaluating conditions and modeling for design and construction.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines on pipeline geohazards and asset integrity projects.
