Job summary

The University of Kansas in Lawrence is seeking a Student Hourly for the RISO lab. You will keep regular hours, assist Design students and faculty with making prints, and support campus events.

Responsibilities include maintaining materials inventory, communicating reorders, and leading 2–3 workshops per semester such as Student Welcome Week and Design Week. This on-campus, hourly position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• During the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• 60%- Hold regular hours in the RISO lab, assisting Design students and faculty with making prints
• 20%- Keep a materials inventory and communicate when materials are running low and need to be reordered
• 10%- Lead 2-3 workshops per semester for specific events (Student Welcome Week, Design Week, etc.)
• 10%- Other duties as assigned
