Collaboration is a big part of this role/You'll partner with teams across the bank to strengthen fraud prevention while also working with vendors on system upgrades, release testing, access reviews, data quality validation, and business continuity planning. As part of maintaining effective monitoring systems, you'll coordinate model validation activities, including documentation, data validation, control reviews, issue tracking, and remediation follow-up. If you enjoy solving complex problems, using data to drive better decisions, and continuously improving how technology helps protect customers, you'll thrive in this role.

What it Takes:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data, system outputs, alert trends, operational metrics, and exception reporting to identify risks and recommend improvements.
  • Experience supporting system configuration, business requirements, testing, issue resolution, process documentation, or vendor/application support activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; ability to create, validate, and explain reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for operational and management review.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Fraud Operations, Information Technology, Compliance, Risk, Audit, vendors, and line-of-business partners.
