Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a CBB Risk Strategy Product Analyst to execute testing ensuring disclosures and policies comply with laws and regulations. You will identify gaps, partner across RCA teams, and escalate risks as needed to support Deposits and Lending.

Qualifications

• Background in data analysis techniques to create end user reporting.
• Testing with focus on identifying customer harm and remediation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage priorities.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services and regulatory trends.
• Understanding of business line operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls.
• Familiarity with Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Line of Business and RCA professionals to implement or oversee an effective risk management framework.
• Participate in projects ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses due to inadequate processes or human errors.
• Serve as a liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
