Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Risk Specialist to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This fully remote role, with a preference for candidates near Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, or Dallas, offers the opportunity to lead and influence critical technology risk initiatives. As part of a dynamic and diverse team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the Technology Risk Management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the Technology Risk Management program and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Support execution to meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Lead the design and development of technology controls.
• Review and update technology risk management programs and lead cross-functional teams.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Experience with the creation, review, and maintenance of operational/technology risk programs.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Archer GRC.
• Experience with development and management of internal risks and controls.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and technology risk within financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Visio and Tableau (flex skills).
• Analytical background with data proficiencies, including data mapping and KY3P (flex skills).
